Our Practice
Wayfinding (noun): Orienting oneself and choosing a path in often unmarked and sometimes mislabeled environments. It also refers to the traditional Polynesian navigation process of calculating your location at sea. It involves knowing where you’ve been and how you got there based on speed, route, and wind conditions.
Thank you for visiting Wayfinding Counseling. Most likely you are on this page because you’re looking for help and searching for support on your life’s journey. I’m glad you are here. Asking for help takes courage and is a positive step towards living your best life.
While living authentically and charting a new course can be exciting and enlightening, it can also be difficult and downright scary as you recon with where you are in life, get curious about how you got to this point, and decide on where you want to go. The Wayfinding Counseling mission is to help clients grow and thrive in an uncertain world. We help clients identify their strengths and explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to live wholehearted and fully integrated lives.
